Sales Terms and Conditions

  • Currently, Dr Pano's Photographic website, is using Pay Pal to process payments. There are two payment option buttons available when you are ready to check out, a button labeled checkout and one labeled Checkout with PayPal.

    • If you select the button labeled checkout, you have two options for payment. The first one is to use your current PayPal account. After selecting this option, you can log into your account and complete the transaction. If you don't have a PayPal account, there is a form that allows you to pay as a guest. To use this option, fill in the information and proceed to finish the checkout.

    • Selecting Checkout with PayPal also has two payment options. The first option is to login to your current account and finish the transaction. The second option is to click on the link labeled Don't have a PayPal Account. This option allows you to use your Debit or Credit card to finish the payment sequence. It accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

  • All photographic prints are processed at a professional lab using the latest digital equipment and processing procedures.

  • The time from placing an order, to the actual shipping of the finished photograph is dependant upon the current workload that the selected lab is experiencing. Dr Pano uses several different labs to process his work. An average time from order placement to actual shipping is about 5 to 7 working days. Shipping time will depend upon how close your location is to the labs. Labs are located in Atlanta, GA and Oakhurst, CA.

  • Shipping will be done using USPS, FedEX Ground, or UPS Ground delivery. The method chosen will depend upon the type or types of photographs that comprise the total order. Shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the prints that you order. It is Currently $7.95 in the continental US per print. Contact me for rates outside of the US.

Returns

  • Dr Pano wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of photographic prints, please apply the following criteria to any items you wish to return.

    • The photograph should not be damaged in any way. This includes tears, creases, unremovable smudges, and unremovable fingerprints.

    • Your purchase should be returned to Dr Pano freight prepaid.

  • Please contact Dr Pano by email to receive an RMA before you return any purchase. No returns can be accepted without an RMA.

    • In your email, include your name, complete address, phone number, and the reason for returning your purchase.

    • It is also helpful if you also include the name of the photograph, South Park Gold for example, and the date of purchase.

  • The amount of refund is limited to your original purchase price including freight. The cost of returning the purchase to Dr Pano is not refundable.
